Hello! My name is Jon Leung...
I define myself as a “Solution Finder”. Whether it be in sales, marketing, or service I have been known to be a highly motivated team player who works hard to help the customer. I am the person in sales who would take the time to search for the needs of a customer and build a custom solution for them that they will actually use. I am the person in service who negotiates on behalf of the customer to ensure their needs are appropriately filled. And, I am the person in marketing with clarity of the customers’ point-of-view so that I can approach each sale/service with their interests in mind.
However, my true strengths lie in my process-oriented ways of thinking: build systems, innovate, organize, and streamline - this gets results. My entrepreneurial spirit always leaves me hungry and never satisfied with the status quo. I believe things should always move forward towards their absolute potential. As Bruce Lee once said, "a goal is not always meant to be reached. It often serves simply as something to aim at."
